Sweating is a normal mechanism to cool the body after strenuous exercise or physical activity. This condition causes you to perspire even when your body doesn’t need to be cooled down. It can also be a sign of diabetes, infection or thyroid problems which is quite common among people who eat rich food and are overweight.
